Our Story

We’ve had the privilege of living and running Studio 29 in Washington State’s beautiful San Juan Islands since 1991. Designing custom homes and resorts in this amazing environment has taught us the importance of responsible development.

Pearl Cottages strives to meet this challenge with thoughtful efficient homes designed to increase on-site construction efficiency and decrease site impact.

To support this effort, we’re developing construction and resource management education programs which will be available early 2025.
